The building was designed by Driscoll Architects and constructed by PCL Construction. In addition to a stylish marble entry lobby, in-suite features and design by Marcia Johnson include oversized windows, private decks (most units), European shaker style cabinets, glass breakfast bar with halogen accent lighting, Frigidaire Gallery Pro series stainless steel appliances, gas stove, soaker bathtubs, Kohler plumbing and multi-room sound. Presales originally priced between $155,000 and $665,000 for 1-Bedrooms, 1-Bedrooms plus home office/den, and 2-Bedrooms. Build-to-suite penthouses were priced separately from $840,000 to $1,089,000 which also included 2 parking spaces.
