Each home also has Lunada Bay hand poured tile, Eggersmann cabinetry, floating vanity, built in linen closets (remove) ability to upgrade to california closets and the choice of a large shower or huge soaking tub in each bathroom.

In addition to luxurious amenities, homes themselves feature a private elevator entrance, hardwoods throughout and Bosch appliances.
