The Parc is in a lovely location, and has an excellent staff and layout. I am in a work/live loft, which is extremely convenient, having two entrances, both from the secured lobby and the street. There is ample parking, and though the construction is taking longer than expected, I believe it will turn out to be a very valuable purchase. The lack of proper or attractive landscaping is the only qualm I have with this property; although that may change soon as a finishing touch to this building. All in all, I am delighted with the Parc.
THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN BUT THE CONCIERGE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC.WISH THERE WERE MORE WAYS TO ENTER THAN THE MAIN LOBBY.
