We received word that their $176 million construction loan is now down to only $600,000! They estimate that this loan will be fully repaid with the next closing. Speaking of which, they celebrated their 100th closing on September 8th.
Fifteen Twenty-One is a 38-story luxury high-rise located on 2nd between Pike and Pine Street. Each level is designed to only accommodate 3 to 5 homes ranging from 1,659 to 2,958 sq ft. The property also boasts protected water views over Pike Place Market, with floorplans designed to maximize visual potential. Lots of Old Condos to Have Lots of New Views
Apparently the decision has been made, and the government has chosen to burry the Alaskan Way viaduct . Starting from Qwest Field, the new $4.25 billion tunnel is to be constructed under 1st Avenue and exit just a little further north than it currently does. We would expect those who have purchased at The Florentine, Merrill Place, Our Home Hotel, Hillclimb Court, The Fix, and most of all; The Pomeroy to surely be excited about the plans to unblock their views and significantly reduce the noise. This could also be really good news for other projects such as Site 17…

DESCRIPTION

Each sleek, angular tower would be topped by a V-shaped roof over a 50-foot-high combined open-air arboretum, roof garden and enclosed recreation space. Photovoltaic cells and microturbines would generate about 7 percent of the building’s electricity, and cisterns collecting rain would partly offset water use.
