Building uses will include commercial, office, retail and residential. Parking will be located under the plaza. The project has the ambitious aim of achieving a LEED Gold rating.

It now has a three-part vertical block façade composition and noteworthy Venetian-inspired architectural character. The reinforced concrete structure includes a foundation and basement and is entirely clad with ivory-color glazed terra cotta. The retail storefront level has been entirely remodeled.
