DESCRIPTION

Located on Western Avenue, The Vine is a mixed-use development with two distinct towers of residential condos and 12,000 square feet of retail spaces. The north tower is 12 stories and the south is 6. Studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms were originally priced between $130,000 and $1 million. Almost anything you could want is within a couple of blocks, including the Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle Center, Mrytle Edwards Park, the waterfront, restaurants and nightlife. Construction was by San Francisco based Swinerton Builders and Cedar Development LLC. PCL self-performed the concrete work on the cast-in-place, post-tensioned slab structure, with two core seismic structures. Architecture by Seattle based GGLO (who also specializes in design). Also involved was Intracorp.
