The building also boasts protected water views over Pike Place Market with floorplans designed to maximize view potential. In addition to achieving LEED Silver status, the project also features high technological, engineering, and space-planning standards. Amenities include a porte-cochere, rooftop terrace, fitness center, yoga/pilates studio and playroom for children. Original pricing started at $1 million to more than $9 million.

Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue Named “Project of the Year”

Opus Northwest today announced that its Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue condo-minium development in downtown Seattle received top honors at the annual Multifamily Executive Awards Gala in Las Vegas. The 440-foot-tall tower won the 2009 Grand Award for the ―Project of the Year‖ in the prestigious ―High-Rise‖ category.

Canlis Glass Vertical Art Walk

As part of a vertical art walk event taking place on September 26th and 27th from Noon to 5:00pm, exclusive art displays at Fifteen Twenty-One will be open to the public. Installations by Canlis Glass, Alchemy Collections, BO Concepts, SAM Art Museum, and the building’s own (and the Private Residences at Four Seasons) interior designer Susan Marinello will be featured in several model homes.
