Designed by Hewitt Architects and structurally engineered by South Lake Union’s Perbix Bykonen, the Klee (pronounced like ‘clay’) is located just one block from the Olympic Sculpture Park in Belltown. The development is a mixed-use property with a 6-story wood frame tower and 11-story concrete tower with approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space. Orginally named after the Swiss painter-Paul Klee, the community features 152 loft-style apartments with art and decor by Nancy Mee. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard with BBQ’s, media room, fitness center and onsite building manager.
