We are unaware of any liens filed against Escala, but it is a very common thing to happen when a new building is finished. When a contractor has completed a project and it has yet to be completed to the standards of the developer, a lien is commonly filed to protect the sub-contractors rights. The deadline to file a construction lien is 90 days after completion. Common practice with developers and contractors. Very rare that a new building does not have liens filed against it when at the current stage Escala is in right now. Cosmo experienced the same thing and did not influence any closings. If anything was to influence Escala in this regard, of course we'll be right on top of it. But, as of now, it's not at all a red flag.
