New Construction Penthouse Photos for Olive 8: October 2008
It turned out to be another beautiful day for taking photos, just like the day we toured the Four Seasons. We seem to get lucky when it comes to scheduling tours considering the time of year. Anyhow, here are some photos of condo units at Olive 8. Generally, I like to save the best for last, but I thought I’d start with the best first. The best is of course the 2 combined penthouses on the top floor. Originally designed for the developer himself, the unit is approximately 4,500 square feet, offers panoramic southern, western, and northern views, and can be yours for only $7.5 million. Truly one of the most impressive downtown Seattle area condos we’ve ever seen.
