		<description>Hello Irony.  You must be referring to when there were a couple of listings in the MLS posted as examples.  The Four Seasons has never had all, or just 11, listings on the MLS to start with.

However, I&#039;m sure they would love to only be down to 2.

The only transaction at that development that may give people the wrong impression is that the buyer for the $15,800,000 unit is willing to sell it if there&#039;s an interested buyer.  However, the buyer sounds as if it doesn&#039;t sell, it&#039;s nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders.

So, you see, no affect of the ridiculous &quot;condo slump&quot; at the Four Seasons.

Next time, post your name and leave your email so I can follow up to take your offer on that wager.</description>
