Olive 8 Tops Off
Olive 8’s new roof will be host to downtown Seattle’s largest green roof this fall. The plants – all local and drought-tolerant varieties are currently being cultivated off-site and will be installed at Olive 8 once they mature. Olive 8 is also the first hotel/condominium building in Seattle to seek LEED certification (targeting Silver).
