  1. If you go to the Bellora profile on this blog and view all listings, you’ll see another unit the same as #604 but $5k more and doesn’t include parking. For the price, especially considering an included parking space, 604 looks like a great deal when compared to 703. What’s the difference in views? Are they similar?

    Hey Justin,
    The unit on the 7th floor has what some might say a nicer view than the 6th floor, however it does not include a parking spot. Parking is a premium in any building downtown Seattle. I actually strongly encourage my clients not to buy property that doesn’t have a deeded parking space associated with. I’m always thinking in terms of re-sale. It is so difficult to sell a property without parking, that’s really the bottom line. We all love our cars too, and our cars deserve to have a home.
