		<description>Hey Staci.  As of this moment I&#039;m still trying to figure out how I&#039;m going to put the map together without it being too confusing, but so far the zoning shown on the map is only the zones that have had increased height restrictions.

I&#039;ve already created another map with that shows the location of city approved plans for new construction, but Google Maps isn&#039;t working as I had hoped.  Therefore I&#039;ll have to do that portion of it again on top of the existing map you can see here.

From there, an interested buyer or current homeowner can see if a planned tower will potentially block a view.  I&#039;ll do some research and see what the maximum height is for all zones west of what&#039;s shown and shade in that area all as one.

I&#039;ll be sure to come back and comment further once I&#039;ve decided how I&#039;ll finish the map.  I just wanted to get something up for Jim&#039;s client ASAP.

But, there&#039;s not really any location that is completely protected.  The only secured views I know of now is at Bay Vista Tower.</description>
