I always enjoy taking interested buyers to the hotel lobby. The restaurant and interior finishes are gorgeous. Next time you go, if you have the time ask one of the friendly staff members to show you one of the hotel suites. They have a really cool movable wall between the jacuzzi tub and bedroom. The room I saw was small, but jazzy!!

I just held unit #804 open for Jon Hunter last Sunday. I talked with several owners and renters there who all seemed happy with the building and the location. Who wouldn’t be happy living a just a short walk and elevator ride away from Whole Foods? It was great to see so much activity on the grounds, even for a typically rainy Seattle day. There are only a couple developer owned units left in the 2 buildings.. 900 & 910 Lenora.
I even met a couple with a toddler that are considering moving up to a 2 BR and staying in the building because they are so happy there. Having a toddler myself, I can see the charm of living there so close to a store that has everything you need for a child, also the convienence of the close by freeways, good restaurants and Nordstrom’s not too far away.
