Unit #110 in the Viaggo is a great opportunity for a 1st time buyer, especially someone with a pet. I was really impressed by this unit at 1900 Alaska Way. It’s a garden level open 1BR with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub! It also has a private courtyard perfect for a dog and owner to get some morning air. There was really a lot of activity too this morning.. So many people out running and biking. I never realized the age diversity on the waterfront either, the 3 buildings really felt like a neighborhood.
Right across the street is where the seasonal Summer Nights on Pier used to take place. I remember seeing James Brown there as well as Tom Jones on different occasions, in the 90′s before Water Front Landing was built, back when I worked at the Gibson House.
That sweet open 1BR in the Viaggo just had a price reduction to 342K. I wish I could buy it as an investment property. I see it as a great short term vacation rental.
