The Nord is a conversion project by local development company Pioneer Property Group (Live Historic) who’s focus is preservation of pre-1940 buildings. This 3-story brick building in Pioneer Square was named after the building manager, Frank Norquist, when it was the Thompson Hotel. Live Historic worked on maintaining it’s Romanesque-style by accentuating it’s natural features such as brick exposed walls and restored patina. Originally priced between $220,000 to $415,000 with 7 condos within a range of 379 to 792 square feet.
