An excellent blog with a lot of information. However the Alexandria's features and homeowners dues are now quite differnet. There never was central hot water and currently there is no earthquake insurance as the deductible is $500,000.00 which would mean Seattle would not be habitable if this amount was to be needed.
Mini's is no longer a viable business in the neighborhood but was replaced by Whym which has also folded.
The original structure leaked like a seive so the homeowners contributed 2.5 million dollars to upgrade the exterior. If you need anymore info please email me.
