However the Alexandria's features and homeowners dues are now quite differnet. There never was central hot water and currently there is no earthquake insurance as the deductible is $500,000.00 which would mean Seattle would not be habitable if this amount was to be needed. Mini's is no longer a viable business in the neighborhood but was replaced by Whym which has also folded. The original structure leaked like a seive so the homeowners contributed 2.5 million dollars to upgrade the exterior. If you need anymore info please email me.
